| Description of the Incident | New members were provied alcohol on multiple occasions in the form of beer and hard alcohol, at times they were encourage to chug or drink large amounts of alcohol, one or more new members drank to the point of being overly intoxicated. New members were requied to complete physical activities designed to make them tired prior to participating in a team building activity against active members. New members were quizzed in a basement at an off campus location on information about other new members and were expected to get the information correct before being able to join the social event happening on other floors at the location. At one point, active members walked aroung the chapter house and attempted to quiz new members on specific information about the organization while carrying wooden memorabilia in a similar shape as a paddle. |
